Challenge for today!
So I like to issue challenges on my FB page when I am not doing weekly intensives. Today's challenge is to do something you have been putting off, it doesn't have to be big! A phone call, cleaning out a drawer, whatever comes to mind. No rules, just GO! Check in and let me know what you did! As for me, I took a nap, see, I told you no rules!
